About Zierholz
Since it’s Inception in 2005, Zierholz has been Canberra’s Fresh Beer Company. The Region’s only commercial scale microbrewery, we brew our beers from the finest of ingredients, and since we’re right in your back yard, the time from our tanks to your glass keeps the brews fresh and flavoursome.
Our recipes are German Inspired, with a special Canberra twist, to make some of the finest craft beers in all the land. You can find us on Taps all over the ACT and beyond, just ask at your local bar if they’re pouring the good stuff.
Of course, we also have our own venue, in Fyshwick. Swing by, say hi, and have a taste, we promise it’ll be the best thing you do today.
