They took over hosting and maintenance and also recreated our website which was poorly set up originally and since they took over it is functioning 100% better. Any issues or changes I need addressed are fixed at least within 24 hours, anything urgent is fixed almost ASAP. Highly recommend to anyone needing an expert to look after their wordpress website.
