Zierholz Brewery
Subz Design is honoured work in the Web Design and Web Development of Zierholz website in early 2015. New website has been launched in 2015 with excellent reviews, attractive web design and superb SEO services provided by Subz Designs.
Since It’s Inception in 2005, Zierholz has been Canberra’s Fresh Beer Company. The Region’s only commercial scale microbrewery, we brew our beers from the finest of ingredients, and since we’re right in your back yard, the time from our tanks to your glass keeps the brews fresh and flavoursome.
Our recipes are German Inspired, with a special Canberra twist, to make some of the finest craft beers in all the land. You can find us on Taps all over the ACT and beyond, just ask at your local bar if they’re pouring the good stuff.
Of course, we also have our own venues, in Fyshwick and at the University of Canberra. Swing by, say hi, and have a taste, we promise it’ll be the best thing you do today.

At UC, kick back, catch some tunes, or make the most of our games areas with some mates. Plus, our brand new menu and range of ultra-fresh Zierholz Beers are worth the trip alone!
In Fyshwick, you can go back and see where it all began, with an outstanding German inspired menu, it’s a little taste of Germany right here in Canberra… and of course there’s the brewery, where you can see how your own Fresh Canberra Beer was brewed!
All three venues are available for function hire/tours, whether it’s a bucks party, birthday, or even corporate event, Zierholz has everything covered!
